Happy 2020, omies!
To celebrate, we’re heading back to the all new BearMoose Brewing Co. on 01/18! Come for an hour long power flow with Leah and stay for a beer.
Class will start at 10 AM, BearMoose opens at 11 AM. Your ticket includes class and a fr33 beer of your choice! Tickets are lucky $13 (Class pack holders are welcome to use their pre purchased/won spots!)
We promise - no cardio or squats this time :) , just come for a nice breath/movement/stretch/strengthen SunA - SunB (eer).
We have limited mats, so if you have your own, please bring it!
